Performance

The Colorado comes with a TurboMax engine that offers 310 horsepower at 5600 rpm and 430 lb.-ft. of torque at 3000 rpm. For smooth shifting, the TurboMax engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Exterior

Standard exterior features on the new Chevy Colorado include 17-inch ultra silver metallic steel wheels, all-season blackwall tires, black beltline moldings, and black door handles. The CornerStep rear bumper comes in handy when you need to quickly access your cargo box without losing your footing, and the cab-mounted cargo area lamps provide plenty of light during evening work projects.

Lighting on the 2025 Colorado includes automatic halogen headlamps and IntelliBeam automatic high beams. The solar-absorbing windshield minimizes the effects of solar rays to keep your cabin cooler, while the deep-tinted rear glass provides additional shade and privacy.

Interior

The Colorado seats up to five passengers, with a 6-way manual driver seat, a 4-way manual front passenger seat, and a 60/40 split bench. The 11-inch driver information center is fully reconfigurable, allowing you to personalize your warning messages and vehicle information.

Cruise control makes every ride more relaxing in your Colorado, maintaining a pre-selected speed as you drive. The Colorado also has a front center console with covered storage, dual cupholders, and USB charging ports. Other standard interior features include steering-wheel-mounted controls, power windows, a manual tilt steering column, and a 6-speaker audio system.

Technology

Inside your 2025 Colorado, you’ll find an 11.3-inch LCD display with Google built-in for access to Google Play, Maps, Assistant, and Gmail. The new Colorado also comes with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to sync your smartphone to your truck for hands-free phone calls, texting, and voice messaging.

You can use the internet on a smartphone, laptop, or tablet both inside and outside of your Colorado thanks to its Wi-Fi hotspot capability. This hotspot is effective on up to ten devices, allowing all of your passengers to use the internet with ease.

Safety

The 2025 Colorado comes with two exclusive safety packages: Chevy Safety Assist and Safety Package. Chevy Safety Assist uses driver-assistance functions like Forward Collision Alert to monitor your surroundings and prevent common causes of accidents. Safety Package includes additional assistance functions that make tricky maneuvers easier, such as Rear Cross Traffic Braking and Blind Zone Steering Assist.

​The Chevy Colorado also comes with StabiliTrak electronic stability control and Hitch View. StabiliTrak prevents your truck from rolling over by adjusting the torque and brakes during emergency maneuvers, while Hitch View ​shows you an up-close view of your trailer hitch as you drive.
